Punctuation in side comments would generally be a little less important, but still the best. If you do include punctuation, try and make it consistent for all side comments.
I guess you're right about all the words being in capitals ^^. The standard font in our scanlations is "Wildwords" where all the letters are capitals. But try and keep the capitals/non-capital thing in your PRs consistent so that the editor doesn't get confused. Sorry, I overlooked the "could" being in the middle of a sentence.

| Hi I'd love to help! I've been taking Japanese for a few years at school (next year will be my fourth) so I might be able to help out with translating. But, as everyone knows, what they teach in school is mostly useless so I'm quite sure I can't translate a whole chapter  But since I love Special A (and still want to help) I could proofread as well | |

| try the japanese translator's test?  Its okay as long as you can translate at least 80% of the manga so Harusuki has less "translation" to clean up. [She is the one who cleans up all the missing translation] Have more faith in yourself! You can always check up the dictionary when you don't know some words. x] Improve your jap skills as well as help the manga community at the same time! Kill 2 birds with 1 stone  | |
